Deliveries are made at street level, and installation and/or placement of the product is not included.
We have all spare parts available in our warehouse, so you will have no problem getting them, both under warranty and out of warranty; all you have to do is contact us.
It is not recommended, as salt is very corrosive and could damage the components of the spa or hot tub.
1.- To place an order, all you have to do is select the products to buy and add them to the "Shopping Cart" by clicking on the "Buy" button that appears next to each product.
2.- Once you have selected all the products you wish to buy, go to "Shopping Cart" where you will see all the products you wish to buy. Remember shipping costs are still to be added where applicable. Press "Checkout".
3.- If you already are a customer, enter your email and password, otherwise you only have to register as a new customer and click "Continue".
4.- Select the payment method you want (you can change it later by contacting us). On this screen you will be able to see the entire order, including VAT, shipping costs and delivery address details. If everything is correct click "Confirm Order".
5.- The order confirmation and payment instructions will appear on the screen. A copy of this information is automatically sent by email.
Once an order is placed, a confirmation e-mail is automatically sent with the order reference and details. If you do not receive this message it may be because you have the order in the shopping cart but you have not yet completed the purchase.
Once orders leave our premises we send a confirmation e-mail indicating that the order has been dispatched.
