3 year Warranty (SPAtec outdoor spa)

Extend the official warranty of your outdoor spa to 3 years. During this time you will be assured of the correct functioning of all its components and if necessary, you will receive spare parts free of charge.

Remember: This product is an extra and must be purchased together with a Spatec outdoor spa, in the same order (cannot be purchased later) and 1 per spa purchased.

The warranty covers the following parts:

• Structure (acrylic and internal structure)
• Electronic system (Control panel and main board)
• Electrical components (water pump, air pump, heater, ozonator, etc.)
• Other components (jets, controls, waterfalls)

The warranty does not cover:

• Extras
• Damage due to misuse, knocks or improper installation
• Damage from sun, lime or inadequate cleaning or maintenance products
• Osmosis on acrylic.
• Labour
• Handling to access the damaged component
• In situ Diagnostic
• Reinstallation or repair costs

Outdoor spas for professional use (rental homes, hostels, etc.) are excluded from the warranty
